Medication

This medication consists of ..
1-Powder form medicine, we send.
2-Some ready made preparations in the form of liquid, tablets     and  oil that you can avail easily at any medicine shop.
3-Poweder form medicine, we send.

You will have to take 2 grams of this medicine with somewhat hot cow milk. 
This powdered medicine you will take two times in a day.

Another powdered form medicine, you will have to apply once preferably while bed time at night, on the spots mixing it with warm seasam / Til oil.

This is enough,
 But if you want somewhat fast results, supports the treatment.
With this treatment you support the treatment by easily available herbal/Ayurvedic medicines.

1-Babchi or chalmungara tail- the oil for outer application for 2-3 times daily.
2. Khadiraristh –May taken 10 mls in warm water for two times a day.
3. Aarogyawardhini bati -2 tablets with warm milk for 2 times a day.


For better and fast results you can apply paste of Aloevera root made in the gomutra.

One important routine you will have to follow -direct sun exposure on the spots.
This exposure time should be started with 3 minutes and gradually to be raised up to 10 minutes. Specially exposure time should be  just after one hour of sunrise time and half an hour before sunset. This warm sun exposure helps skin to create colour pigments.

3. Papaya
4. Alcohol

These things should be controlled
1. Salt in meals.
2. Tea
